Waller Lansden has partnered for many years with the Human Resources Association of Middle Tennessee to host HRA's annual employment law seminar.  We hope you will join your colleagues and friends in human resources for this year's seminar on August 25, 2010.  The seminar has been approved for 3.5 hours of PHR/SPHR credit, and will include practically-driven presentations on topics such as:

  • Conducting investigations
  • Handling challenging FMLA requests
  • Responding to unemployment claims
  • Responding to EEOC charges
  • Training your managers and supervisors
