Al Bright, Jr.

Biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device companies as well as manufacturers, distributors, and other emerging companies look to Al Bright for counsel on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters. Serving as outside general counsel to these clients, Al enjoys a diverse and varied practice in which he provides assistance and advice on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and capital raising activities along with the negotiation of licensing and development collaborations and supply, distribution, and sales agreements. Al’s experience also includes serving as company counsel in a number of cross-border transactions.

Known as a dedicated and hard-working attorney, Al provides practical solutions and efficient representation to companies across the spectrum from start-ups to well-established corporations. Balancing his focus on transactional corporate matters, Al also has experience in commercial litigation, including the management of litigation matters for a variety of clients.
