Comfortable in front of a judge, jury or arbitration panel, Charley also has significant experience representing clients in a wide variety of complex employment matters, including non-competition litigation, negotiating executive compensation and severance agreements class and individual claims of race, sex, age, disability and religious discrimination, whistleblower, wrongful discharge and retaliation.
Charley leads two important efforts for Waller: the Oncology Sector team through Waller’s Healthcare Department and the Business Asset Protection group that cuts across many of Waller’s practice areas.
Charley is a native Nashvillian. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Corrie, and they have two children, Caitlin and Cole. He coaches several of his son’s sports teams, teaches Sunday School, regularly attends a boot camp, and is an avid runner. Charley is passionate about fighting against blood cancers, and he has spoken on numerous occasions about survivorship, clinical trial treatments and the determination of the human spirit.
