Courtney K. Stone

An associate in Waller’s Finance and Restructuring practice, Courtney Stone assists banks, financial institutions and specialty lenders in structuring commercial finance transactions within the healthcare industry. Her experience spans asset-based loans, real estate lending, acquisition financing and debtor-in-possession (DIP) loans. Courtney also has extensive experience in bankruptcy and restructuring matters; she has represented both lenders and debtors in out-of-court restructurings, debt settlements and credit facility compliance matters. Prior to joining Waller in 2017, Courtney gained valuable experience in the Houston office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges where she assisted a number of energy companies in financial restructurings and corporate reorganizations under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.

Courtney is licensed in Texas and practicing in Tennessee subject to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 7, Article V, Section 5.01(g) pending admission to practice in Tennessee.
