  • Represented a sponsor-backed hospital system in negotiating and closing a financing package consisting of a $100,000,000 Term Loan and $125,000,000 Asset-Based Revolving Loan to fund the acquisition of a North Carolina hospital
  • Represented the commercial lending division of a Fortune 500 financial services company in the structuring and closing of a $125,000,000 Asset-Based Revolving Loan Facility to operators of nearly 200 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities located in over 20 states with both HUD and non-HUD borrowers
  • Represented a specialty finance firm in structuring and closing a Cash Flow Loan consisting of a $47,500,000 Term Loan and $3,000,000 Revolving Loan to a financial services company to fund the acquisition of a wealth management company and its subsidiaries
  • Represented a specialty finance firm in structuring and closing a $10,000,000 Asset-Based Revolving Loan (with $5,000,000 Accordion) to a California-based community hospital
  • Represented a healthcare technology company in negotiating and closing a financing package consisting of a $240,000,000 Initial Term Loan, $25,000,000 Delayed Draw Term Loan and $30,000,000 Revolving Loan
  • Represented a specialty lender in a $23,000,000 debtor-in-possession revolving credit facility, and a $10,000,000 debtor-in-possession term loan to the operator of a New York-based teaching hospital in bankruptcy

Up Close

Elle and her husband moved to Nashville after more than five years in New York City.  While they love to travel, including regular visits to NYC, their two rescue dogs are right at home in Tennessee.
