Hannah E. Hayes

To ensure the ongoing availability of IT systems that are critical to patient care and day-to-day operations, Hannah Hayes assists hospital-based, outpatient centers and other healthcare providers in connection with their information systems licensing, technology licensing and outsourcing agreements. Her experience also includes the representation of banks, financial institutions and specialty lenders in a wide range of commercial finance transactions including asset-based loans, cash flow loans, term loans, mezzanine loans, revolving credit facilities and intercreditor arrangements.

A Michigan native, Hannah is a serious hockey fan who roots for the Red Wings and the Predators (in that order). She enjoys skiing, and hiking all of the National Parks is a goal on her bucket list. Hannah is also a film and wine enthusiast – both together and separately. Before law school, she spent two years teaching high school English in a small town in Austria.
