Jase A. Burner

Jase Burner advises publicly traded and privately held companies on critical issues that arise as part of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, venture capital financings and other strategic business transactions. His transactional experience spans the healthcare, technology, financial services and consumer products industries. He also assists clients with securities and general corporate issues, including disclosure, blue sky, SEC and corporate governance documents. Additionally, Jase works often with start-ups, emerging companies and investors on matters ranging from formation and capitalization to venture capital and private equity transactions.

Jase joined Waller in 2017 after gaining experience as an associate in the Austin office of Selman Munson & Lerner, PC.
