Jonah L. Price

Healthcare companies, financial services institutions, specialty lenders and private equity firms value Jonah Price’s experience and efficiency in domestic and cross-border acquisition financing, asset based lending, working capital financing, corporate restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. Representing both borrowers and lenders in complex commercial finance transactions, Jonah’s background includes debtor-in-possession credit facilities, revolving credit agreements, senior and subordinated credit facilities, capital call facilities and private placement facilities. Before joining Waller, Jonah gained extensive commercial finance experience in the New York offices of Proskauer Rose, LLP, Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Mayer Brown LLP where he independently managed all aspects of multi-billion and multi-million financing arrangements
