Katherine H. Blankenship

Katie Blankenship is an associate in Waller’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice where she assists clients ranging from individuals to publicly traded corporations in a wide range of complex and contentious disputes. Primarily representing real estate owners and developers, Katie litigates construction disputes involving design errors, defects, delays, inefficiency, unforeseen site conditions, and cost overruns. She represents clients in both private arbitrations and courts of record, and her experience includes healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality and multifamily projects as well as private residential projects.

In addition to her construction practice, Katie provides counsel to clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, internal corporate investigations and government enforcement actions. Prior to joining Waller, Katie served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable H. Bruce Guyton and the Honorable C. Clifford Shirley in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
