Keith Randall

Since joining Waller in 2011, Keith Randall has focused his practice on construction transactions. Keith protects the interests of real estate owners and developers in negotiating design and construction agreements for complex, high-profile projects in Middle Tennessee and across the country. His extensive project experience spans healthcare, hospitality, multi-family housing and manufacturing. Recently, Keith played a key role in the 2017 revision of the proprietary design and construction agreements for a publicly traded healthcare company. He also advises a real estate investment trust in a wide range of healthcare-related construction projects. Keith helped draft the construction agreements for a number of prestigious projects that are reshaping the Nashville skyline. His experience also includes hospitality projects and mixed-use developments. In addition to his transactional practice, Keith assists clients in government relations, land use and zoning matters that frequently arise in significant real estate development projects.
