An associate in Waller’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, Kevin represents clients in complex intellectual property disputes, securities litigation, government enforcement actions, internal corporate investigations, commercial and franchise litigation, entertainment disputes, media, and general litigation matters. Kevin provides counsel to clients ranging from publicly traded corporations in the healthcare and financial services industries to individuals and closely held companies. Kevin’s experience includes, among others, representing a large pharmaceutical company during a federal investigation for potential False Claims Act violations, representing individual investors seeking recovery of investments lost in a fraudulent Ponzi scheme, resolving management payment disputes with well-known music artists, and representing a large product manufacturer in defense of its trademark usage. Kevin’s attention to detail and deep understanding of his clients’ needs makes him a valuable asset to clients working through complex litigation.
Kevin was named by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as a member of the 2018 class of Nashville’s Top 30 under 30, an annual recognition honoring some of Nashville’s most active young professionals and philanthropists under the age of 30.
Prior to joining Waller, Kevin served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas W. Brothers, Sixth Circuit Court for the 20th Judicial District of Tennessee.
Kevin and his wife, Jenna, have two German Shorthaired Pointers who love the outdoors as much as they do. Kevin admits to something of an obsession with scuba diving, particularly in warm Caribbean waters. The Tennessee Volunteers are his football team and Kevin’s baseball allegiance is to the New York Yankees.
