She counsels distilleries, wineries, breweries and importers with federal and state rules and regulations regarding the advertising, marketing and sale of alcoholic beverages. Kimberly also works extensively on regulatory compliance and licensing matters for restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, entertainment venues, resorts and airport-based retailers. Her experience includes drafting legislation, rules and regulations focused on the manufacture, distribution or sale of alcoholic beverages.
In addition to her work within the alcoholic beverage industry, Kimberly also advises new and emerging businesses in business formation, contract matters and non-disclosure agreements.
