Kyle C. Mallinak

An associate in Waller’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, Kyle Mallinak is a dogged advocate for clients in civil litigation matters, internal corporate investigations and government enforcement actions. Siler in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Honorable Robert E. Payne, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
