Matthew Reddish

Matt Reddish assists hospitals, health systems and healthcare investors in commercial leasing transactions involving healthcare facilities and medical office buildings located throughout the United States. Matt helps clients achieve their objectives in complex transactions that intersect with the federal Stark law, anti-kickback statutes, and other healthcare regulations. Matt also assists real estate developers and general contractors with his in-depth knowledge of Tennessee’s regulatory licensing laws. Prior to joining Waller’s healthcare real estate team, Matt gained extensive real estate law and regulatory law experience while working at the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, at a wireless telecommunications consultancy and at a boutique healthcare law firm.
