Business-minded with entrepreneurial instincts, Paula Torch joined Waller in 2017 as the Executive Director of the firm’s nationally recognized Healthcare Department. In this role, Paula works closely with the firm’s healthcare industry team, board of directors and practice group leaders to grow the firm’s healthcare practice, broaden its focus in emerging markets and sectors, and lead in the development and execution of the Department’s strategic business plan.  Part of her initiatives include cultivating and managing relationships, building and expanding partnerships as well as researching and developing new growth opportunities for the Healthcare Department.
