Charlie Walker assists both well-established and emerging companies in a wide range of intellectual property matters, including patent infringement litigation and trademark disputes. He provides counsel to start-up companies on how to protect their intellectual property assets as they develop and introduce new products and services. He also assists companies with data security issues and license agreements. Charlie holds an undergraduate degree in biochemistry and molecular biology with a minor in political science from Harding University. He received his law degree with a concentration in dispute resolution from the Pepperdine University School of Law. Additionally, Charlie is a registered patent attorney admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Charlie grew up along the Tennessee River and enjoys fishing there when he can. He is an avid fan of the Tennessee Titans, Alabama Crimson Tide, and Atlanta Braves. When not at the office, you can likely find him with his wife chasing their young son.
