  • Coordinated the real estate and related incentive package for the North American headquarters relocation of one of the world's largest automobile manufacturers
  • Represented a regional investment fund and coordinated more than $1 billion in investments in multi-family properties throughout the country
  • Counseled a real estate investment partnership on the acquisition, development and leasing of commercial office building projects exceeding $150 million
  • Coordinated the development and financing of more than $200 million in high-rise condominium projects as well as the development and leasing of several hundred million dollars of lifestyle, shopping center and other retail projects
  • Played a major role in the negotiation of real estate and incentive matters for two of the largest regional hotel/convention center projects in the country
