Robert R. Campbell, III

Rob Campbell assists healthcare providers in corporate and commercial transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures of healthcare facilities throughout the United States. He also assists clients in other industries in general corporate and business matters.

Rob's representative experience includes:

  • The creation of a joint venture between healthcare companies and acquisition of a major healthcare system including three hospitals, two physician groups and multiple outpatient and ambulatory service centers
  • Multiple sales of privately held physician practices to major national healthcare corporations
  • Asset acquisitions of hospitals by large nonā€profit healthcare organizations

During law school, Rob participated in the Georgia Law Summer Program which provided an introduction to the legal system of the European Union with an emphasis on EU business law and international trade law practice under the World Trade Organization (WTO).
