Lanta Wang assists healthcare companies with a wide range of legal and business issues.  Companies that are growing strategically through mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures value Lanta’s ability to understand their business and their concerns.  Having served both tax-exempt organizations and investor-owned companies, as well as innovative joint ventures between the two, Lanta understands the unique intricacies, needs and sensitivities of different providers in the healthcare industry, and has the ability to bring clients together to execute transactions.

With a commitment to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare services in communities across the world - in particular, rural communities - through her work with the healthcare industry, Lanta has also served as associate counsel in acquisitions of healthcare providers in foreign countries.
