Investor-owned healthcare companies as well as tax-exempt health systems rely on Tracy in the leasing of medical office buildings and space, campus development, and the sale and acquisition of hospitals and other healthcare facilities. She provides counsel on real estate matters to a private equity-backed hospitality company operating more than 200 restaurants across 20+ states. Additionally, Tracy represents companies – including real estate developers – in the sale and acquisition of improved and unimproved property.
Before joining Waller Tracy gained valuable experience serving as in-house counsel focused on real estate and corporate transactions for more than a decade. With a deep and detailed understanding of both transactional and operational issues, Tracy is an asset to clients who value her responsiveness and efficiency with matters, as well as her sensitivity to timelines and urgency to ensure the deal gets done.
A Florida native who loves the beach, Tracy enjoys reading anything but contracts when she’s away from the office. She loves to travel and spend time with her husband and two children. Tracy is an avid sports fan who roots for her 15-year-old son (who plays all sports year around), the Florida Gators in the fall, and the Boston Red Sox in the summer.
