  • Successfully defended an investor against charges of insider trading brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission following a jury trial in federal court in Atlanta
  • Successfully defended a regional bank against a $10,000,000 claim of lender liability following a nine day bench trial in the federal court in Nashville
  • Numerous state court trials including, most recently, successfully defending a major manufacturer in a dispute involving the sale of a business following a five day bench trial in state court in Nashville
  • Successfully pursued and defended numerous lawsuits involving indemnity claims arising after the acquisition and/or sale of businesses
