Clients tell us we’re thorough, responsive and friendly—they know that we understand their business and are committed to helping them succeed. While they’re working with our real estate attorneys, many take advantage of the firm’s capabilities beyond real estate—whether in compliance, government investigations, litigation, or other practice areas. And, they keep coming back.
Hospitals, Outpatient Healthcare Facilities and Senior Housing
Waller counsels owners, operators, developers and managers in a wide-variety of commercial real estate transactions in the healthcare and senior housing/long-term care industries. Waller also represented a public healthcare REIT in the acquisition and leaseback of 10 skilled nursing facilities and the related assumption of bridge and FHA-insured loans.
