Logan’s Roadhouse took accusations of sexual harassment and discrimination in promotion to a jury trial in Alabama and defeated all claims.

This was one of three out-of-town jury verdicts obtained by Waller’s L&E team in 2013.

On the Road to Victory: Jury Finds No Retaliatory Discharge in Alabama Trial

A major national retailer defeated accusations of retaliatory discharge related to worker’s compensation claim in a jury trial where deliberations lasted less than one hour.

This was one of three out-of-town jury verdicts obtained by Waller’s L&E team in 2013.
